Our Refund Policy

All coaching packages require a 50% deposit up front with the remaining balance when the coaching package is 50% completed.

Most coaching packages are 100% refundable prior to 30 days before the coaching package start date less 20% for purchasing materials already ordered. Please refer to your coaching contract for specific details on the coaching package you purchased.

Online courses, workshops, trainings, seminars, summits, etc. are not refundable unless otherwise stated in a written personal contract with said purchaser.
Coach Delisa does NOT guarantee specific coaching results as optimum results depend heavily on the individual employees and their relationship with the owners and management.

If the employee experience coaching package includes the leveraging option which has a metrics results to it, there is a % increase in employee engagement guarantee.
